Top rider Albert Voorn showed the quality of his Lupicor-son Freebird (ds.Paqo Fontaines) at CSI2* Zuidwolde (De Wolden). In the 1m40 class they were runner-up and the next day two clear rounds led them to the third prize in the 1m45 class. On the same show Andre Sakakini ended up 9th in the 1m40 class with Bestinov V L (Ustinov x Indorado). On the last day they competed in the 1m45-Grand Prix without touching any rail. With two faults for time there was a 9th prize again for this combination. Doron Kuipers took the 7th prize in this GP with AD Blossom (Lupicor x Larino).
