Ukraine went all the way to the top in today’s FEI Nations Cup Promotional League in Linz-Ebelsberg. The team was left with a total score of six penalties after two rounds. Both Cassio Rivetti on Verdi and Björn Nagel on Niack de L’Abbaye delivered double clear rounds. Katharina Offel on Vivant had her score of eight penalties discharged in round one, while she did round two on only one time penalty. Aleksander Onishchenko’s score was discharged in round two.
Brazil ended up as number two on twelve faults. The team consisted of Luiz-Francisco de Azevedo on Special (8-0), Carlos Eduardo Motta Ribas on QH Show Show LF (12*-12*), Jose Roberto Reynoso Fernandes on Maestro St. Lois (4-0) and Pedro Veniss on Cornet d’Amour. The latter did two great clear rounds, and contributed to a good day for the Brazilians.
Canada ended third on sixteen penalties. Their team consisted of strong riders such as Yann Candele on Carlotta Singular La Magna (4-16*), Tiffany Foster on Victor (4-0), Jill Henselwood on George (4-0) and Ian Millar and Star Power (8*-4).
