Schmidt and Lento win Hamburg's Grand Prix

German veteran Hubertus Schmidt and Lento were the clear winners with a personal best score of the Grand Prix at the German Dressage Derby CDI4* Thursday, and also placed fourth with Fontane.Hubertus and the 12-year-old Holsteiner stallion scored 73.745 per cent in only their third show this year.

The Netherlands’ Aat van Essen and Macrider Premier placed second on 70.553 per cent Germany’s Kathleen Keller and Wonder FRH were third on 68.872 per cent. Hubertus and Fontane scored 68.383 per cent for their fourth placing.
