Edward Gal 1st, 2nd, 3rd in Grand Prix Special

Despite the stormy weather Edward Gal overcame a day of drama. He took the first, second and third place in the Grand Prix Special. Edward won on Glock’s Undercover with 76.422 per cent, came second on Blue Hors Romanov on 75.778 per cent and third on Interfloor Next One with 75.400.

Patrick van der Meer and Uzzo were fourth on 73.444 per cent and Anky van Grunsven on her 2008 Olympic gold medal mount, Salinero, fifth on 73.133 per cent.

Hans Peter Minderhoud retired when Glock’s Tango was frightened by flapping canvas walls caused by the wind.
