On the last day of the Dutch championship the level was that one would expect from a Dutch championship. After the disappointing performance of 'fixed values' as Minderhoud, Imke Schellekens and Anky van Grunsven in the first two tests, the public could enjoy brilliant Freestyle tests. The horses were fully concentrate now.
Edward Gal and Glock’s Undercover swept the Dutch Championships adding the Grand Prix Freestyle to their victories and the Olympic gold medal partnership of Anky van Grunsven and Salinero stake a claim for a place on the team for London. Edward and the 11-year-old KWPN gelding that have competed in only two CDIs together so far, scored 83.650 per cent in the Freestyle. Anky found her top shape back and got 82.90% in the freestyle. Patrik van der Meer and Uzzo became third on 79.325 per cent.
4. Imke Schellekens - Hunter Douglas Toots 78,875%
