Michael Whitaker announced as non-travelling reserve

Michael Whitaker has been announced as a non-travelling reserve for Great Britain at the Olympic Games.The British Equestrian Federation has confirmed that Michael Whitaker and GIG Amai will be non-travelling reserves for the showjumping team. Whitaker will be nominated to the British Olympic Association (BOA) to compete for Team GB if a substitution is required.

Michael and GIG Amai won the Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen which is one of the most prestigious Grand Prix classes in the world.
