Eugenie Angot won Queen’s Cup Trofeo Longines

Michel Robert, riding Oh d'Eole, was the winner in the medium class of the day, Trofeu La Caixa. The veteran French rider (60 years) imposed himself in the winning round competition without penalties. Of the 35 binomials that started the race, only six finished both rounds without faults. The Italian Luca Marziani went second with Nontender, while the British veteran John Whitaker finished third riding Lord of Arabia.

Irishman Conor Swail with Martha Louise achieved the victory in the first competition of the day, Copa Nespresso, a Table A against the clock. The second position went to the French Reynald Angot, riding Othello du Phare, while Mario Wilson Fernades from Portugal went third with Chiquito Z.
