Urico and Cella to Ben Maher

Ben Maher has taken over the ride of Jane Clark’s horses including the top mounts Urico and Cella, previously seen under Mario Deslauriers. Deslauriers and Clarke ended their partnership earlier this year and Clark has been looking for a new rider for her horses. After a long search she ended up with Britain and Ben although she did try and find another American rider.

Clarke has stated that "I looked at a number of riders and I really think that Ben was the best possible rider for these horses at this time. He's a brilliant rider and we're very happy with him. It had nothing to do with flags. It had to do with having the right person for my horses and doing the right thing by them."

Ben Maher writes on his Twitter account that he is very happy to have strengthened his team of horses to help out Tripple X.
