CDI Odense - The competition was strong in today's Grand Prix and Intermediate I. The Danes were strong but the foreign competitors gave them fight to the finish
Today's Grand Prix was won by Danish dressage's "grand old man" Hasse Hoffmann. He is nationally known for his riding results but also as author of several riding books. Hasse rode the Gribaldi son Tiesto achieving 65,936%.
Placed 2nd was another Danish rider - Sofie Jeppesen, who achieved 65.702% with her gelding Hedebo's First As.
In 3rd place with 65,234% came the Swedish rider Mattias Jansson riding Brisbane an 11-year-old gelding a. Briar 899/Amiral 764. The competition was very close and the riders were excellent in the top giving the audience a feeling of a good day in store.
Intermediate I was won by the young Olympic Games participant Anna Kasprzak on the well moving stallion Darling's Dream by Day Dream/Acapulco. Their test was supreme and they achieved 74,105% creating a big distance to the rest of the field.
Number two was the Dutch rider Adelinde Cornelissen riding the beautiful black mare Tiara a. Jazz / Gardeoffizier achieving 69,632%.
