Werth wins the German Classics

At the German Classics in Hannover (Germany) Isabell Werth has won both the Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Freestyle.

The judges were not unanimous on the Grand Prix: the main judge at C, Klaus-Dieter Holtz, placed Werth third. The average score Werth and El Santo got was 69.504%.

One time the piaffe of El Santo failed completely and she got 2′s and 4′s. German Bianca Kasselmann came second aboard her 16 year old Weltclassiker 68,794%. Third place for Denmark’s rider Martin Christensen riding Anatol to a 68.652%.

In the Sunday’s Freestyle things went much better for Isabell Werth concluding the test with an 80.283% score again ahead of Bianca Kasselmann scoring 76.350% and Danish Martin Christensen third with a 76.333%.

“I am very satisfied with two victories with Ernie in Hannover “, said Isabell Werth at the end of the competition.
