The past weekend the legendary ‘Oldenburger Hengst-Tage took place. The most expensive dressage horse was a stallion bred by Fürstenball-Donnerschwee-Alabaster. In the auction the stallion was sold to Switzerland for 400.000 euros.
The reserve champion was a Sir Donnerhall II-Don Schufro-Sevillano bred stallion which changed owner for 280.000 euro. A Gribaldi son came third for a price of 150.000 euro.
The average prize for the dressage horses was € 75.682 and the total turnover was € 1.774.000. The average prize of the jumping horses was € 47.773 and € 608.500 was the total turnover for the jumpers.
