Patrice Delaveau picks up a first prize in Amsterdam

Jan 20, 2013

Patrice Delaveau and Lacrimoso 3 HDC took home the first prize in the Anton Ebben Memorial Prize in Amsterdam Saturday evening. Patrice and the 9 year old gelding by Landjunge x Cascavelle produced a double clear round in the 1.50 class; initially one around the twelve fence first track – and then another lightning fast one around the shortened jump-off course. After a very fast round in the jump-off by home rider Gert Jan Bruggink on Cash Junior (Cash x Landadel), that looked almost impossible to beat, the super fast French rider shaved off an incredible 1.52 seconds on Gert Jan’s time, leaving him to second.

Third place went to Daniel Deusser on Domingo (Thunder van de Zuuthoeve x Brownboy). Daniel has had a good show in Amsterdam, and picked up yet another prize on Stephex Stables’ 10 year old gelding in the beautiful arena at Jumping Amsterdam. Italian rider Gianni Govoni/W Delta Mossel Jantje ended fourth – also he clear.
