Achievement of the year: Siril Helljesen and Dorina

Saturday 19th is the day of Hestegalla, the Norwegian Equestrian ”Oscars”. The awards cover all horse breeds as well as jockeys, drivers, riders and trainers. Siril Helljesen, Norwegian dressage rider, brought home the trophées.

Achievement of the year: Siril Helljesen and Dorina for making it all the way to the Olympic Games

Sport horse of the year: Dorina

Horse of the year: again Dorina, choosen by a public vote

Most talented young horse: Tobajo Pik Disney.

The Don Schufro mare Dorina (born 02 by Don Schufro-Ragtime, bred by Eigil Bugge Skjødt) is sold to Evelyn Haim-Swarovski, from Fritzens in Austria. The deal was closed in late november 2012. Siril has bought the 4-year old Tobajo Eragon ( by Tobajo Picez – Alfas Arnt, bred by Tobajo Sporthorses and Merethe Buer) according to Avlshest.no. He is among the three pre-chosen young stallions from Norway that will show in DWB Stallion show in Herning in March.

Tobajo Sporthorses has the dressage horse Tobajo Pik Disney(born 05 by Tobajo Picez – Walt Disney) nominated in the category for promising young talent. He is ridden and competed by Norwegian Trude Hestengen, based in Denmark.
