The first Grand Prix at the KWPN Stallion Show last night, was won by Warrant TN with Henk van der Pol. The prize for best style went to Willem Greve, who was second aboard Carambole. The fabulous jumping Zirocco Blue VDL finished in third position.
Zavall VDL and Zacharov TN both had nice clear rounds. After that, Willem Greve and Carambole showed how it’s done. In a beautiful style, Greve let the Holsteiner stallion gallop fluently passed the ideal line of the jump-of course. The clear in 30.60 seconds seemed to be the winning result. But there was Henk van de Pol racing round with Warrant TN. Less fluent, but keen on winning, the pair was 0.11 seconds faster (0/30,49).
Zirocco Blue and Jur Vrieling voyaged through air which made them inable to go faster than 30,62 seconds; third place.
