Two stallions of Gert-Jan van Olst were approved this week by the NRPS-Studbook, the ten year old Netto (s. Negro) and the 2,5-year old Fidel Castro (s. Fürstenball). Netto, who is shown by Anne van Olst at Intermediaire II-level, is also invited by the KWPN to participate in the mandatory 5-day-charactertest for older stallions.
Netto got his invitation to the stalliontest with his excellent presentation at the KWPN Stallion Show in Den Bosch last weekend. He will stand at stud by Gert-Jan van Olst for 1.750 euros.
The 2,5-year old colt Fidel Castro was at the KWPN Licensing as well. He didn’t make it into the third round. He will be licensed by the NRPS subject to a positive outcome of the semen test and a good report of his mother.
