Laura Jane Hackbarth won the Youngster Cup Final

Hackbarth riding Carisma 109 took victory in the 1.40m class for 7-8 year old horses held in Neumünster, Germany.

Sunday afternoon the Youngster Cup Final International Competition took place with 19 entries. Ten young horses passed onto the jump-off, where seven finished with a double clear.

Dutch rider Maikel van der Vleuten and VDL Groep Aristo Z placed third with a double clear and a time of 37.30 seconds. Christian Ahlmann from Germany and Cilian 2 were able to beat the Dutch rider’s time with a very close difference, 37.27 seconds. With less than a second’s difference, Carisma 109 and German rider Laura Jane Hackbarth took the winning prize with a time of 36.54 seconds.
