New owner for Originate

Thirteen year old Originate (s. Obsession) has been sold to America. The former licensed stallion was ridden by Dutch dressage rider Lotje Schoots since 2011. She competed him at Subtop level.

“He was castrated last week”, says Lotje Schoots. “Very unfortunate, but stallions require a very long quarantine period. Therefore it’s a sensible decision made by the new owners.”

Originate will be at Lotjes Schoots yard for the next fortnight to recover. The dark bay will probably fly to America at the beginning of March.
