Kainich on top in Oliva Nova

Feb 24, 2013

Saturday's biggest class in Oliva Nova was won by Davide Kainichon Loro Piana Tamarix FM (Kannan x Caritas). It was a 1,45 class against the clock and 67 horses and riders took part. Second placed Philipe Le Jeune and Boyante de Muze STX (Kashmir van Schuttershof x Darco) were in the lead for most of the class, but were in the end beaten with more than two seconds.

Third place went to Constant van Paesschen with Rioso van de Kapel (Idem d'Azur x Glennridge), fourth place to Jessica Kürten with Arezzo VDL (Chin Chin x Heartbreaker), fifth place to Jerome Hurel with Warrior (Emilion x Renville) and sixth place to Julia Kayser with Sterrehof's Ushi (Vigo d'Arsouilles x Goethe). Julia was a bit unlucky as the wind turned one of the fences over before she had jumped it. That meant that she had to wait for it to be build up again before she could continue.

The 1,40 m class in the Gold Tour was won by Santiago Lambre on Insul Tech Wonami VD Aard before Bertram Allen and Wild Thing L. Third place went to Marie Pellegrin Etter with Quintus XI.

The biggest class of the day in the Silver Tour - a 1,40 m class - was won by Pippa Allen with Espoir. Second place went to Ulrich Kirchhoff and Ginevra SI and third place to Alexander Schill aboard West Falica.
