Crescendo victorious in Belgian stallion competition

Last weekend the third round of the Belgian Pavo Stallion Competition was held at Stal Hazebroek in ’s Gravenwezelin, Belgium. The competition of seven year-olds was won by the BWP stallion Breemeersen Crescendo (Contendro I x Salieri) ridden by Donaat Brondeel.

Five out of six combinations went on to the jump-off. Donaat Brondeel and Breemeersen Crescendo won in a time of 36.90 seconds. The BWP bred Gin-Duidam (Quidam de Revel x Corofino I) was second ridden by Fédéric Vernaet in a time of 38.38 seconds. Placed third was Galisco van Paemel (Cicero x Feinschnitt I van de Richter).

The win in the six year-old class was for the BWP bred Hercules by Immofluisteraar (Larino x President) ridden by Christof Deraedt. BWP stallion Hakim Ourai van de Zeshoek (Toulon x Calypso III) came second ridden by Walter Lelie.
