Sunshine Tour in Spain the GP went to Sampson

At the Sunshine Tour in Spain the 3* Grand Prix went to Matthew Sampson and Kavanagh IV (Kannan x Carousel). The British rider had one of six double clear rounds in the class, but with a time of 44.02 seconds he was a little faster than runner-up Michel Robert on the 11 year old Kannan-daughter Oh d'Eole who crossed the finish line on 44.40 seconds. John Whitaker and Argento (Arko II x Gasper) were third at 44.97 seconds, and with William Funnel in fourth on Billy Angelo (Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Kroongraaf) it was a good day for the Brits in Spain.
