A new stallion for India: Corinjo Z - the best of Holstein jumping genes combined in one stallion

Jul 2, 2014

Scope, easiness and quality combined with an excellent exterior - that is how the 3-year old Zangersheide registered and approved stallion Corinjo Z presented himself during his licensing.

Corinjo Z is a son of the unforgotten Corrado I-son Coriano. Dam sire Carinjo was Holstein Champion Stallion and under his new rider Patrice Delaveau (FRA) he recently won the Grand Prix of the CSI5* Athina Onassis Horse Show in Saint Tropez and the Nations Cup in Rotterdam with the French team. The internationally esteemed trademark stallion Carthago Z nicely rounds off the pedigree in the third generation. The dam line, which is the successful Holstein dam line 2666 also produced the Roman-daughter Miss Risiko, who was placed in the Hamburg Derby under Karsten Huck as well as the internationally successful Holiday by Solitour (by Contendro I), ridden by Carsten-Otto Nagel. After his approval, Corinjo Z changed into shared ownership of the Indian Sporthorse Breeding Agency and an Indian investor from Mumbai who is very actively involved in the sport. The stallion is now being prepared to his duties in show jumping and will be available with fresh semen for breeders in Europe. From now on fresh semen of Corinjo Z is available through the Indian Sporthorse Breeding Agency.
