Another good Totilas-son at Hanoverian stallion licencing

Nov 6, 2014

The Hanoverian studbook scores this year with two collections of modern and eye-catching stallions. However especially in dressage the pickings were slim regarding the big talents. The stallion commission led by Dr. Werner approved 15 jumping stallions and 31 dressage stallions.

As in previous years the Hannover studbook earns the most credit for its jumping stallions. Cat.nr 39 Cloney x Singular Joter is a very complete horse that would also not look to bad in the hands of a dressage rider between the white picket fences. The very talented cat.nr 33 Baloubet du Rouet x Contendro injured himself, but returned later and was approved. From the first offspring of Los Angeles, his athletic son cat.nr 49 (ds It’s Me Du Mesnil) was approved. Another candidate for the premiums today is cat.nr 53 Quintender x Stakkato.

Totilas was represented again by a very striking son. Last year when Toto Jr. got approved and scornfully whistled at, it was now cat.nr 96 (ds Sandro Hit) turn. The beautiful and with a lot of tritt in his movements he was given the green light with loud applause. Other notable dressage stallions were cat.nr 27 Don Index x Brentano II, cat.nr 30 Don Juan de Hus x Londonderry, cat.nr 62 Fidertanz x De Niro and cat. 89 San Amour x Fürst Heinrich.
