Reigning European Champion Roger Yves Bost won the CSI3* Grand Prix of the City of Saint-Lô on Sunday. In a packed house Bosty took the victory for his compatriot Patrice Delaveau and Amy Graham from Australia.
Six combinations made it to the jump-off, three of them were double clear. The first three riders had faults, amongst them Marc Houtzager and good old Sterrehof's Opium (fifth place in the ens). Patrice Delaveau and Ornella Mail*HDC made light work of the shortened track to cross the finish line without faults in 42,44 seconds. Friday’s winners Amy Graham and Bella Baloubet tried their best, and were clear – although slower than Delaveau. But with Bosty as last in the ring, no one is safe. During his round the audience loudly encouraged the European Champion riding Qoud'Coeur de la Loge, who brought the time down to 41,83 seconds to steal the win.
Wout Jan van der Schans aboard Capetown was the fastest four-foulter in the first round and took the seventh place.

China Tour Shanghai 2014
World champion Jeroen Dubbeldam has shown again that he can cope with other horses as well as his own. Aboard “borrowed” horse Moonstar Dubbeldam was third in the Longines Grand Prix in Shanghai this Sunday.
The Grand Prix was over a 1,50m course and ten combinations were clear. Five riders from China and Franke Sloothaak, Ulrich Kirchoff, Jerry Smit, Ben Maher and Dubbeldam came back for the jump-off. Ben Maher riding the AES-approved Ecreto B won in 32,42 seconds. Home rider Duan Yihua became second aboard Adinka in 33,30 and was 0,1 of a second faster than Dubbeldam, who was clear as well on the Kannan-son Moonstar. The fourth place was also for a Kannan offspring. Bolero ridden by Zhao Zhiwen from China was clear in 35,08 seconds.
Franke Sloothaak was the fastest in the jump-off aboard the KWPN-bred Al Capone (s. Oklund), in 30,68 he galloped over the finishline but had unlucky a fence down.
