Michael Whitaker buys Valmy de la Lande

After selling Calcourt Falklund and Velini, Michael Whitaker has invested in a very promising 6-year-old; Valmy de la Lande (Mylord Carthago x Starter). According to Stud for Life, Whitaker was amazed by the horse after trying it and is reported to straight away have said that he had never ridden such a horse in his life.

Valmy de la Lande has done some great things on the French youngster circuit under Axelle Lagoubie.
