Eight stallions approved in Holstein

Jan 9, 2016

The Holstein Breeding Society has added 8 very interesting stallions to their list. Amongst them Bundeschampionate finalists, Grand Prix stallions and some young Belgian stallions from very promising lines.

Six year old Candinas (s. Catoki, breeder/owner Sonja Zeiger – Inauen, CH) was in the finals in Warendorf last year. At the stallion licensing in Elmshorn the good looking chestnut was one of 8 stallions (out of 14 presented) which were approved.

The other Bundeschampionate finalist being approved in Elmshorn was Chap II. The Oldenburg-International registered six year old son of Cellestial (breeder and owner Schmidt GbR, Neu-Benthen) was given the green light as a so called breeding trial, along with 21 year old Grand Prix stallion Hym d'Isigny (s. Qredo de Paulstra), the 20 year old Grand Prix stallion Orlando (s. Heartbreaker), the 4 year old BWP-bred Manchester van 't Paradijs (s. Elvis ter Putte) and the 4 year old BWP-bred Million Dollar (s. Plot Blue), bred from Joris de Brabanders Querly Chin damline.

The other stallions approved for Holstein breeding are C-Hardwell (s. Clinton I) and Kannan’s first son in Holstein breeding Kingsland.
