Preliminary hearing in case Handsome O

The Court Northern Netherlands has scheduled a preliminary hearing on the request of Kristin Andresen based on the by her presumed ‘fraud and wrongful act’. Andresen bases this presumption on a ‘post’ that she read on the website www.bokt.nl. The affidavit of the placer of this post was read during the court session for the Court of Groningen. This statement included various unfounded and ‘hearsay’ accusations towards the KSS and individuals working for the KSS. The person of whom the placer of the ‘post’ received this information, has already declared this information about the stallion Handsome O to be untrue.
However, given the request of Andresen, the Court had to honour this request. Consequently, a preliminary hearing will follow. Coming weeks it will become evident which witnesses need to be called to court.
The board of the KWPN Select Sale looks forward to these witness hearings with great confidence and expects that this will establish that the KSS and in KSS involved individuals are above reproach.
